“My appointment was delayed by 5 minutes because Dr. Lagdaan was outside her office cleaning the sidewalk from snow and ice so her patients could get to her safely! This was my second visit and I noticed that Dr. Lagdaan takes a conservative approach first. She offers solutions to foot problems and if they resolve she is happy for you. If they don’t resolve, she offers additional solutions and talks with you to make a decision that is financially prudent and medically appropriate. I am VERY pleased with her care.”

 
 
“Dr. Lagdaan is an amazing doctor. As a Registered Nurse for 10 years, I didn’t know there were doctors still out there like her: compassionate, kind, non-judgmental, and extremely knowledgeable. Even though she is a highly respected surgeon, she didn’t want to rush my foot fracture straight to the operating room and let me know a bone stimulator, hard brace, elevating my leg, staying off my foot, ice & Tylenol were the best plan for healing. I am definitely impressed with her thorough education on mobility options, boot use, boot protectors/ warmers, ace wrapping (great she didn’t assume just because I am a nurse, that I was doing it properly), and basic use of crutches. I can’t say enough good things about her care and look forward to being around her wonderful energy every two weeks until this break is healed.”

I have had awful feet my whole life. They have basically no arch, so my ankles painfully drop inward, causing sore arches, huge callouses, and other issues. I’ve worn orthotics since high school, and have thus seen many foot doctors over the years. Dr. Kaye Lagdaan is my favorite by far!

I was in the waiting room for a long time (the only downside to my visit,) but once I met Dr. Lagdaan, I understood why. She really took her time with me, asking me about my specific goals for visiting her. I want to run a 5k this October, so she offered very specific advice and care to help. Not only did she get orthotics made, Dr. Lagdaan also provided hip, calf, foot, and toe exercises that would help me gain strength and avoid injury. She recommended specific YouTube videos, equipment, foot care products, and a book. I even learned a few things I REALLY should’ve heard from a previous doctor, such as how to properly break in orthotics. I truly received thorough, personalized assistance.

A day after the visit, I realized my debit card was missing. Even though Dr. Lagdaan’s office did not have it, Dale behind the front desk did her best to find it and Dr. Lagdaan herself even checked in later to see if the issue had been resolved. They really went above and beyond!

I picked up my new orthotics this week. Dale had only met me once but knew my name immediately. Most importantly, I have to say- these are the most comfortable, supportive orthotics I’ve ever had. They encourage improved posture in a way my previous docs hadn’t achieved. I am excited to train on them for the 5k.
