Whether you are new to Lincoln Foot & Ankle Center or are an existing patient, you can search for available appointments and send appointment requests in real time.

New patients can easily connect to our electronic medial records and conveniently register online. Existing patients can quickly log into the Patient Portal from our website. If you prefer, you can call our office at 773.697.3511 Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM to schedule an appointment.

If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
